Introduction to our web site by Michelle Trivett, President

I am looking to re-establish a Las Terrazas  website where we can post such activities and keep owners up to date with what is happening, not only within our Community but also the wider Los Arqueros Community and locality

I want our community website to be a forum for discussion for all our owners, tenants and holiday renters. It currently includes local information on restaurants, beaches and events, as well as a secure private area for owners where we will keep community documents.

This is our space, to hear the views and ideas of our community and to participate in discussion. Somewhere we can all go to in an informal and friendly way and post information on for example a good new restaurant or bar, recommendations on where to buy new items of furniture or fittings for the apartment, somewhere everyone can look to for information.

For those owners who rent their apartment, and for any owners who are selling their property the site will act as both an advertisement and information source, showing Las Terrazas as a close, modern community sharing information and ideas to create a comfortable and friendly experience for living and holidays.

I encourage you to share your local experiences and knowledge with your neighbours – we have made it very easy to submit blog posts by  email  – you will need to register in the Owners section of the web site, if you haven’t already done so.
